Returns and Refunds Policy
Thank you for shopping at Teen Challenge Tasmania or Hope Costumes & Thrift Store.
Whilst we are not obligated if you change your mind on the product, if you find you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Faulty Product
New products you have purchased is faulty or defective? We will return the product and may exchange or refund or store credit. Credit Card purchases can only be returned to the card that the purchase was made from.
Change your mind?
Whilst not obligated to, we help where we can. Our new products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a store credit only. When returning our team will inspect the product and ensure it is eligible for return.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The product was purchased in the last 14 days
The product is in its original packaging and tags attached
The product isn't used or damaged
You have the receipt or proof of purchase
You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) from us
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
Pre-Loved Clothing/Goods
Whilst we try our best to inspect all pre-loved items before we place them out for sale, the items are sold as is. Please thoroughly check the pre-loved items before you purchase them. We will only offer Store Credit on returned Pre-loved items if returned within 7 days of purchase. When returning our team will inspect the product and ensure it is eligible for return.
To be eligible for a return on pre-loved items, please make sure that:
The Product was purchased in the last 7 days You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Bring the product back to the store at 90 St John Street, Launceston. If purchased online send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase and the RMN number, along with a note indicating whether you want to exchange the product (and if so, what other product you want to order) or a refund, to:

Shipping charges
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Teen Challenge Tasmania.
Damaged items
If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
Sale items
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be returned as per above guidelines.
Digital products
We issue refunds for digital products within 7 days of the original purchase of the product.
We issue refunds for digital products only under the following conditions:
Product not delivered (if you haven't received the delivery email from us)
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
